Just a bunch of sad saps

I went and saw "The Village" tonight, what a big 'ol pile of poo. Compared to his previous efforts M Night Shyamalan fell flat on his face with this shocker. Piss poor story, annoying language and not one piece of eye candy in sight. I was expecting a good twist at the end like the sixth sense had but was disappointed.

One of our residents at work had her 50th wedding anniversary today. Her husband come to visit as he does often and wrote a card for her. It wzs just beautiful. None of us can read it to her without shedding a tear or two. To see that level of love and devotion after 50 years is amazing.

Man my sleep patterns are all up the poo this week. Yesterday I was so buggered after work I came home and had what was intended to be a quick nana nap. Next thing I know the flattie is waking me up 4 hrs later crashing around in the kitchen sorting dinner. Consequently I was wiiiiiiiiiiiiiide awake at some stupid hour of the morning. Thank god for time zone differences and a certain blonde who can never figure it out and txts me whenever she feels like it, usually at around 3am. Naturally I took her up on her offer of a lenghty IM conversation to kill some time as it was nowhere near up time.

After catching up on all the gos (hope you get a house by the time I get there!) I dozed off only to have the most intensly vivid dream I've had in ages. Had trouble discerning between it and reality upon scaring myself awake. As ever the cat was curled up next to me like a snuggly comfort zone.

We were tossing this question around at work today, everybody had a different answer. What is normal? Its a word we use often in our work but what exactly is normal?
